Who is is the first Malaysian online science equipment and supplies store. It is the digital arm of Sainquip Supplies Sdn Bhd, a science equipment supplier based in Petaling Jaya since 1978.


Why does my item look a bit different from the photos in your product page?

Certain products, especially consumables are sourced from various suppliers. We always try our best to provide products with the most value for money (lower costs but still high quality) and sometimes we may send a different brand of similar quality. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issue.

Do we accept cash on delivery (COD) or walk-in purchases?

We now provide walk-in pick up after online ordering and an option for cash payment upon pick up. However, for orders above RM150, we require a 50% deposit payable via online transfer prior to pick up. If you have made an order, kindly email us to confirm the pick up arrangements.


How do make an order?

  7. Make Payment Online
  8. Email the Payment Receipt
  9. Delivery or Schedule a Pick Up

How do I pay for my items?

After you have added your item to the cart and checked out, please proceed to pay to our Maybank account. We recommend using your online banking to transfer the money. We have received the payment, we will proceed with the delivery.


Can I use my credit card to make payment?

To pass on more savings to the customer, the most cost effective manner of payment is direct bank transfer. However, we do provide credit card payment facilities using PayPal. You will need to create a free PayPal account and link your credit card to the account to proceed.


I can’t find what I want. What should I do?

We carry a very large range of products which we are constantly updating on our website. However, if there is something we you can’t find no worries, just go to our Contact Us form and let us know what you are looking for and we’ll try to find it for you.

 How are my items delivered?

We use reputable courier services to deliver your items, usually Skynet or Poslaju. You will be provided a tracking number via email after we have sent the item.


How do I get free shipping?

You can enjoy FREE shipping with purchases above RM150 (valid for Peninsular Malaysia purchases only).


What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates starts at RM10 and will depend on the weight of your item and your location.


Do you ship to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)?

Yes we do. Place your order and click on Calculator Shipment link. Enter Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan and save it to see the rates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for selected countries. Please contact us for the items you are interested in and on shipment.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take between two to five working days.


What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Please contact us at and within 7 days after shipment notice if you did not receive your parcel or found that your product is damaged and we will assist you.


I would like to do a local pick up. Where and when can I do it?

If you have ordered online and made a payment, you can drop by our office during working hours at 14B, Jalan SS25/22, Petaling Jaya, 47301 Selangor between 10.00am to 4.30pm. Please send us an email to arrange for the pick up time and allow us two business days to confirm when you can come.

Can I get a refund for my item if I’m not satisfied with it?

Items sold cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for other products if it is returned in its original condition. Buyer will have to bear the return shipment cost as well.


My glassware got broken during shipment, what should I do?

While we take great care to pack our products as well as possible and to have the fragile sticker on the boxes, we cannot guarantee how our courier companies handle the parcels. Please ensure you open the box and inspect the items for breakages upon arrival. If there is the unfortunate event of a breakage, please take a photo of the said item and we will arrange to send a new item. Because courier companies do not insure glassware breakages (see, shipment for replacement items will need to be borne by the customer.


Is there warranty for the items I buy?

Certain items come with a standard one year warranty. Please see the product description for warranty information.


How do I claim for my warranty?

You can drop by our office during working hours at 14B, Jalan SS25/22, Petaling Jaya, 47301 Selangor between 10.00am to 4.00pm. Kindly contact us prior to your visit to ensure a smoother visit.
